Kings View Announces New Human Resources Director
Fresno, CA, July 8, 2014 – Kings View Behavioral Health Systems announces the recent hiring of Ms. Susan Golden as Human Resources Director. Susan joins Kings View with over 20 years HR experience in the medical industry. Several of those years were spent at Community Medical Centers and Children’s Hospital of Central California.
Susan is a graduate of California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management.
Susan will be responsible for employee relations, benefits administration, compensation management, worker’s compensation, employee training and HRIS.

Kings View is excited to have a professional from the physical medical field who can help with the integration of physical and behavioral services as introduced through the Affordable Care Act.”
Kings view was founded in Reedley, California in 1951 by the Mennonites to address the need for treatment of mental health. In the 1960’s and early 1970’s, the scope of services was expanded to include drug and alcohol treatment through a number of community programs. In 1975, a day facility providing activity and work experience for developmentally disabled adults was established in Merced County. A drug and alcohol prevention and restoration program was created in Fresno in the 1980’s. In 1998 a TelePsychiatry program was launched to bring much needed psychiatric care to patients in more rural areas who may not have local access to such facilities. Currently Kings View offers the following service lines: Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, MIS for Electronic Health Records, Intellectually Challenged Adult Services, Youth Empowerment Programs, TelePsychiatry and the Central Valley Suicide Prevention Hotline.
