Essential Duties:

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs.  The BI Analyst helps to address business challenges through the use of data and visualizations to support Finance, Quality and Performance Improvement initiatives. The BI Analyst will be expected to work closely with service lines, business users and IS teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions. The BI Analyst will be a key business and technical resource to develop outcome reports, dashboards, reporting solutions, and other visualizations.  This position is responsible for providing user education of business intelligence and analytical applications and help ensure access to data with the goal of promoting self-service. The BI Analyst manages and supports technical and user aspects of BI solutions, and will use appropriate programming and design methodologies to design and develop high quality analytical products.


  • Work on complex and cross-functional business intelligence and data warehousing solutions, collaborating effectively with IS and other Corporate departments, business operations, facility staff and other stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and the technical teams to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, set expectations and coordinate with team members on design and delivery of analytics solutions.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards using various BI tools such as Tableau, De Facto, Crystal Reports etc.
  • Develop test plans, use cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure technical product solutions meet standards and align with business requirements.
  • Provide user education of business intelligence and analytical applications to assist in ensuring access to data with the goal of promoting self-service and reduced reliance on technical specialists in order to obtain data.

Essential Duties:

This position is a dual position, managing the Independent Living Program case load and managing a Habilitation Case Load. The Independent Living Program Case Manager will manage a case load and provide  ILP training to persons with developmental disabilities.  This position is an integral part of a team composed of professional and paraprofessional personnel who work together to carry out the client’s Individualized Program Plan.  The ILP Case Manager assists in development and implementation of objectives for the client that focus on skills for daily living such as management of medications, medical appointments, budgeting and shopping, household maintenance and personal care. 

The HAB Case Manager provides support to clients and staff in the Work Activity Program, training clients with developmental, physical, mental or vocational disabilities in the development of all aspects of skills needed for the workplace.   The HAB Case Manager is part of a team who assists the client in establishing goals for the work program, and he/she serves as liaison between the job crew manager, funding providers, family and client to ensure the best progress possible toward the established goals.

Requirements/Experience:

-Masters in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited graduate school. (Transcripts required)

Essential Duties:

1.       Provide initial assessments to determine if a consumer will benefit from and meets the criteria for EPSDT services.

3.       Prepare and provide HIPAA compliant clinical information for your consumer as needed.

4.       Collaborate and interact as needed with outside agency staff persons, ie- school-based treatment settings, Child Family Services, Child Protective Services, and Juvenile Probation, to ensure effective communication for optimum consumer outcomes.

5.       Participate in weekly individual and group clinical supervision as needed.  Prepare and present cases for review and participate in staff consultation to determine appropriate service delivery interventions.

6.       Exercise awareness of cultural differences when they exist and adjust clinical practice to consumer’s racial/ethnic background. 

7.       Be sensitive to community agencies and general public’s need for quick access for mental health services and to help promote a positive image to the community.

8.       Familiarity with and adherence to compliance with the code of conduct and the requirements of the compliance program are elements of performance evaluations and conditions of employment.

9.       In the course of performing job duties, follows all Kings View policies and procedures, administrative directives, all relevant county, state and federal regulations, and any performance obligations contained in Kings View program contracts with other entities.

• Provide crisis evaluation, intervention and counseling to those in crisis. Specifically, provide suicide risk assessment for Central Valley Suicide Prevention Hotline callers. Be willing to work various hours as the program operates 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. Work with various counties as their After Hours Crisis Communication Center.
• Have basic computer skills which will be used to document each call and collect data for counties being served. • Have willingness to be trained on basic suicide and crisis intervention techniques to utilize on hotline phone service. Have ability to work with supervisor and emergency responders who will be called on a 911 basis for rescue and safety checks
